My name is Emilfe Salinas. I was born in a small town called Maturin in the state of Monagas in Venezuela. I grew up with the flavors and colors of my family and developed my own language traveling around the world. I studied Social Communication in Caracas; Photography in London, and now I live in Orlando, in the United States. [+]

My job is to capture moments, to steal them, to record them forever. Smiles are more sincere when no one is watching, gestures are more genuine. I believe these are the moments that are truly worth photographing. My images are more than pixels and colored dots; they are real instants and authentic emotions recorded with passion. [+]

Stealing unexpected moments is my passion, I get caught by those natural expressions that I register through the lens; they reveal before me the essence of what I photograph, and I stop there with the click of the shutter.
